1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Note: An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during sale or special offers
- Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
- Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue
- Exchange is subject to product availability
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, issue details, and proof (images/video)
- Our team will review and confirm your request
- Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you through the process
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by us
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
