At Exotic Craft Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Note: An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for return requests.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during sale or special offers
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and proof (images/video)
  3. Our team will review and confirm your request
  4. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you through the process

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases
  • Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by us

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
